Individuals, work groups and organisations tend to operate in a comfort zone, or rut. (The technical term is ‘quasi-stationary equilibrium’.) If changes in the operating environment require real change, adults need more than training about what buttons to push.
They need to learn new things about the systemic drivers for change, themselves and their working relationships. This is called transformational learning. WHH is a leader in designing ways to help people not only make an adjustment, but to take responsibility for their own continuing learning and growth.
