DAFF


The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry holds a standing offer agreement with WHH to assist with writing, editing and indexing services. Under this agreement we offer:

  • project management and support services
  • drafting and re-writing articles, newsletters, media releases, reports, web copy, brochures and scientific, economic or other technical/specialist writing
  • research and interviewing to produce material
  • a full suite of editorial services (particular levels according to need or comprehensive editing)
  • information architecture and digital indexing (website and metadata indexing)
  • book, bibliographic and database indexing.



DEEWR


The Department of Education Employment and Workplace Relations has an agreement with WHH to supplement in-house resources to assist with DEEWR’s and the portfolio ministers’ communication and parliamentary service requirements. We offer writing, editing and proofreading services to support the production of:

  • corporate guidelines/policies
  • website content
  • internal and external communication materials
  • research reports and articles
  • publications and
  • media releases.



DFAT


Since 1997 the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has, after open tender, entered a succession of standing offer agreements with WHH to provide publishing management services. The scope of services includes but is not limited to:

  • project management services, including design, planning, budgeting and implementation
  • editorial and consultancy management services, including analysis of audience needs and management of processes for sensitive and/or conceptually demanding deliverables with complex authoring and non-routine clearance requirements
  • content research, drafting, IP acquisition and indexing; integrated design, page make-up, production and distribution of print and e-publications
  • advice on market trends and provision of attitudinal research, business development and marketing advice, marketing and distribution services.



DSTO


Executive coaching

Since 2006 the Defence Science and Technology organization has had a deed of standing offer with WHH for the provision of executive coaching for its staff. The purposes of these coaching services include but are not limited to:

  • achieving the organisation’s vision
  • enhancing self-awareness and personal effectiveness
  • building a high performing team
  • influencing effectively
  • dealing with ambiguity
  • timely decision making
  • improving interpersonal skills
  • managing performance issues
  • strategic career management and development
  • business strategies.

Other Defence groups have accessed services under this standing offer.

Organisational consulting

The Defence Science and Technology organization has a current deed of standing offer with WHH for the provision of support for organisation culture renewal. The scope of services includes but is not limited to:

  • advice and support to senior leadership and the business process owner on strategy for culture change
  • delivering programs, workshops, tools, development, intervention and projects to support culture change strategies. These include, but are not limited to:
  • leadership development, leading and facilitating change, values and behaviours of the desired culture, championing culture change, modelling organisational values and behaviours to create desired culture, creating and leading innovation, managers’ coaching skills for culture change and improved performance, collaboration, knowledge sharing and communities of practice, creating a safety culture, negotiation and influencing skills ,mentoring awareness and skills, interpersonal and communication skills, consulting and communication skills for managing client relationships, feedback, performance management and addressing underperformance, career transition and change, review of people systems and processes to align with desired culture, training and tools to support change management in new roles and responsibilities, planning and business processes.

The services delivered under this standing offer include participative strategic and operational planning, team development, community of practice development, assessments and mediations of workplace conflict and other sensitive human resource investigations.




PM&C


The Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet has an arrangement with WHH to provide a range of services in the graphic design, multimedia and publication design arena. In this arena, our firm stands ready to add value in several ways:
