Virginia is the government publishing consultant of choice on demanding projects that involve the coordination of many authors, complex clearance processes and hard deadlines. She has managed more than 3,000 government publishing projects. Read more
Bruce Hanford, executive director
MAICD
Bruce manages internal business development projects and leads delivery of consulting and learning services for clients. Bruce is a member of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, manages the Graduate Program in Scientific Leadership for the University of Melbourne and is accredited in a number of psychometric and multi-rater instruments. He is a member of multiple panels for executive coaching and organisational consulting. Read more.

Helen manages WHH client services across the span from initial points of enquiry to project acquittal, and works closely with the directors on both marketing and back office aspects of the business. Read more
Larissa Joseph, Senior editor
BA (UPenn), Accredited Editor (AE)
Before joining WHH in 2007, Larissa was a senior editor for 10 years in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a large international law firm. In that role she edited legal documents for readability and accuracy, coordinated and managed projects, and trained new editors. She also edited white papers, news releases, seminar papers, newsletters, and two legal handbooks: the Handbook of Investment in the United States and the Hedge Fund Deskbook. Read more

Eileen recently joined WHH to support our publishing activities. She brings postgraduate training in languages and broad work experience, factors that underpin our capability to deliver quality outcomes for APS clients. Read more
Les Brown, publishing operations consultant
Les began his career as a hot metal lithographer with Fairfax Newspapers, and for more than 40 years has been actively involved in the technological revolution in the publishing industry. In the 1970s he transferred to Canberra to help introduce new technology at the Canberra Times. Read more
Phil Brown, online publishing consultant
Phil has 25 years’ experience in the publishing industry, and has had a long association with WHH. He started in graphic design and typesetting for print production and developed expertise in HTML, XHTML, DHTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript at Brown & Co Typesetting. He has worked as lead web developer with the Canberra-based design studio ZOO and as publishing manager of the Parliamentary Education Office. Read more
Chiara Grassia, assistant to the general manager
Chiara provides support to the general manager on corporate projects and operations, as well as to the in-house editing team on client projects. She brings an eye for detail and breadth of aptitude to her work, along with an affable manner.
Chiara is currently pursuing a degree in history and sociology at the Australian National University, and is a frequent contributor to BMA magazine.
Leonie McCulloch, Finance manager
Leonie manages WHH’s money. She started her career as a technical officer in a medical research laboratory before becoming a small business proprietor and bookkeeper. She has been with WHH since its inception in 1997.
Our bank tells us that she is responsible for WHH having one of the best cash management profiles of any small Australian business.
