Collective Agreement
In 2007 Wilton Hanford Hanover employees agreed unanimously on a collective agreement prepared with support from Williams Love & Nichol Lawyers, a Canberra-based firm with a specialist practice in industrial law. Our legal advisers said that ours was one of the most facilitative agreements they had prepared: it provides a framework for flexible, congenial employment of skilled self-starting professionals.
